Both the feet and toes on the floor must be brought into contact with the ground.

If the toes have to be brought into contact with the ground, it reduces balance of the body and puts stress on the knee joints. In order to prevent putting pressure on knee joints, various methods have been used to adjust the position of the feet in order to bring the toes into contact with the floor.

The following jump rope literature 1, for example, discloses a device for automatically adjusting the location of the heels of the feet in the direction of the toes. In the device according to technique 1 of the jump rope literature 1, the heel edge of each shoe is connected to a body shape having a convex front and concave back in the middle. The convex front and the concave back are bent and tilted toward the toes in a direction corresponding to the direction of movement of the feet on a horizontal plane. The heel edge is formed as a curved surface in the direction of movement, and the convex front and the concave back are inclined toward the toes. At the same time, the convex front and concave back in the middle are turned away from the toes in the direction of movement, so that the heels come into contact with the ground.

In order to cause the heel edge to come into contact with the ground when moving the feet, in the device according to jump rope literature 1, the convex front in the convex shape of the body shape and the concave back in the concave shape of the body shape are formed in the middle of the body shape. When the heel edge of each shoe is moved toward the toes in the direction of movement, the convex front in the convex shape of the body shape and the concave back in the concave shape of the body shape are turned away from the toes in the direction of movement. In the device according to jump rope literature 1, when the heels are brought into contact with the ground, the convex front in the convex shape of the body shape and the concave back in the concave shape of an arc like a rotating jump rope.
