If your objective is to shape your silhouette and/or increase muscle definition (not mass), this program will gradually increase lean body and muscular fitness.

For those individuals who want to reduce weight and body fat.  This program will combine physical activities and meal planning, without going into starvation mode and loosing energy -which will result in a change in habits.  The program also includes guidelines to maintain the weight loss.

Outdoor

Outdoor training is about performing cardiovascular activities while enjoying open-air, sunshine and nature's beauty.  Outdoors training offers one-on-one or group train running and biking session or sessions.  Additional fee applies.
