Spinning Coming soon This class is a non-impact cardiovascular workout for all people, all ages and levels of fitness using specialized stationary cycles in a motivating class environment. This activity results in major cardiovascular, muscular, and metabolic transformation that provides quick improvement in endurance as well as a fast boost in lower body strength. Different types will be offered on a daily basis: 1-Intro (emphasis is on proper bike set up, safety procedures and techniques); 2-RPM (kills calories in record times); 3-Endurance (development and maintenance of optimum pace); 4-Strength (build muscle strength and power); and 5-Advanced. |

This class enhances your cardiovascular fitness, and will help you to loose weight and manage stress. Steps aerobics classes are offered on a weekly basis. All aerobic classes start with a warm-up period and finish with a cool down (approximately 8-10 minutes respectively). |
